樊纲:樊纲：房产税应加速并替换行政手段

中国经济体制改革研究会副会长长樊纲表示，房产税试点面可以加宽，试点力度可以加大。

　　樊纲还表示，针对投资性需求问题有很多办法，特别是经济方面的办法可以用，不管是房产税还是交易税。大家是有争议，但是可以试点，尽快抓紧这方面的试点，尽快抓紧这方面制度的改革和推出，替换掉临时、应急的一些行政手段，才能做到使房地产市场长期稳定的发展。

樊纲，经济学博士，北京大学、中国社会科学院研究生院教授；国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家，主要学术专长是理论经济学，长期从事经济学研究。现任中国经济体制改革会副会长，中国改革研究基金会秘书长，国民经济研究所所长。1985年至1987年赴国民经济研究局及哈佛大学访问研究；1988年获经济学博士学位；同年进入中国社会科学院经济研究所工作；1992至1993年任《经济研究》编辑部主任，1994-1995年任经济研究所副所长。1996年起任现职。
